Live, up-close, and personal feedback from the people you need to hear from.
- What they are: A focus group is an in-depth discussion, led by a moderator, focused on a specific topic and conducted in a neutral environment. Focus groups are conducted with a group of people carefully selected based on pre-determined criteria.
- Our approach: We typically recommend 60- to 90-minute sessions with a smaller number of respondents (6 to 8) in order to maximize the quality and depth of insights. With too many people in the room, you won’t hear enough from everyone — and if you keep them there too long, you run the risk that fatigue will get in the way of discovery.
