Methodologies
The method we recommend will depend on your team’s unique issue. We may recommend online bulletin boards or one-on-one interviews in order to provide a safe, anonymous forum for team members to share concerns without fear of repercussion.
We might recommend a series of face-to-face cohesive groups, comprised of people in your organization who share common roles and responsibilities.
Group size will depend on the specific problems you want to solve, but we take care to ensure that groups are large enough for good representation, while still intimate enough to allow for real depth and exploration.
