We may seek the expertise of industry leaders to understand trends effecting the landscape, the experiences of customers to understand their existing pain points and unmet needs, and even your competitors, to understand how they’re preparing for challenges ahead.
- We use a variety of techniques depending on the unique project needs, including projective techniques and ideation and mapping exercises.
Methodologies
Combined methods are often needed to get the multi-perspective view we strive for with IOI FutureSight. This is likely to include in-depth interviews with multiple stakeholder groups. We might also incorporate ideation workshops, or an IOI Friends & Foes session.
